Job Description:

Deliver simple solutions to complex problems as a ServiceNow Test Engineer at GDIT. Here, you’ll tailor cutting-edge solutions to the unique requirements of our clients. As a ServiceNow Test Engineer, you will work closely with developers, system analysts and stakeholders to develop and maintain test documentation and test cases at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). You will work with team members and customers to identify ways to streamline security processes and enhance threat detection and remediation.

HOW A SERVICENOW TEST ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting and analysis on the development of systems.
  • Provide support in the development, implementation and maintenance of test processes and diagnostic programs.
  • Develop and document Testing processes and procedures for the environment as necessary
  • Create, update, and maintain a Master Test Plan

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant systems engineering discipline
  • Required Experience: 2+ yrs related experience.
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Familiarity, training or experience with ServiceNow. Working Knowledge and experience with Security Operations and Integrated Risk Management.
  • Preferred Skills/Training: ServiceNow Security Operations fundamentals highly desired. Automated testing
  • Desired Certifications: Six Sigma, ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level certification or equivalent, Agile methodologies
  • Location: Remote

The likely salary range for this position is $69,264 - $52,325. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
