Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.


Overview:

Mastercard’s Services team is responsible for safeguarding trust in payments, both now and in the future. We ensure that transactions and interactions are safe, simple and smart. The Card & Payment Ecosystem Security organization within Services is responsible for developing and managing cybersecurity solutions that help build trust in the Mastercard ecosystem while increasing Mastercard’s posture as a leader in the cybersecurity industry. Mastercard is using global threat intelligence to secure today’s digital economy – in the payment ecosystem and beyond.

As Manager, Product Management – Threat Intelligence, You will help define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, drive innovation and lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of our cybersecurity solutions, from initial concept through launch and adoption.

This role requires a curious, thoughtful, and analytical person with drive and a deep understanding of threat intelligence, cybersecurity, and the payments landscape.


Role:

• Drive the end to end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
• Develop business cases that address latest threats, vulnerabilities, and fraud schemes impacting the payment ecosystem.
• Align product strategies with cross-functional partners including ux, engineering, legal, and GTM teams.
• Translate complex product details into clear recommendations that drive product decisions and feature prioritization.
• Monitor global trends in cybersecurity, regulation, and technology to proactively guide product strategy and innovation.
• Build strong relationships with engineering, ux, data science, go-to-market teams, customers, and partners to gather insights and align on strategy.
• Maintain strategic focus on high-impact outcomes while prioritizing initiatives that address the most urgent client and organizational needs


All About You:

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and cyber threat landscapes with an ability to translate technical details into actionable product strategy.
• Product Management Experience: Demonstrated experience of independently managing products preferably cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or SaaS-based threat intelligence solutions. Skilled in agile methodologies, backlog prioritization, and driving cross-functional team collaboration.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and shape product roadmaps.
• Communication Skills: Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for identifying problems, developing solutions, and implementing them efficiently.
• Customer Focus:Deep empathy for client needs. Passionate about solving real-world security problems and improving user outcomes.
• Project Management Skills: Capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering on time.
• Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest cybersecurity developments and continuously improving skills and knowledge.
