As a Security Graduate, youâll join a two-year programme packed with learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience. From monitoring real-world threats to building stronger systems, youâll be part of a passionate, expert team thatâs safeguarding our global operations.
You'll also become part of our vibrant Early Careers network â a group of fellow grads and early talent across our global offices, all growing and evolving together.
đĄïž Cyber Security Graduate Role
This programme is designed to launch your career in cybersecurity, giving you exposure to a range of core security areas. Youâll build technical skills, strategic thinking, and a sharp eye for risk â all while helping protect a purpose-driven business. Expect to get involved in:
What Youâll Be Doing
This is a hands-on role where youâll build foundational and advanced knowledge in core areas of InfoSec and SecOps. Expect to:
Monitor security alerts and user activity to detect and investigate abnormal behaviour
Triaging security tickets and escalating critical incidents appropriately
Support simulated scenarios to test systems and identify vulnerabilities
Review, interpret, and apply security policies and procedures
Get exposure to how AI is both a threat and a tool in todayâs cybersecurity landscape
Gain experience with customer and supplier security assessments
Contribute ideas for improving security processes and making systems more efficient
Stay current on the latest threats and exploits, and brief the team as needed
Learn about the security tools and platforms used across the business
Train towards Microsoft certifications with access to resources and mentoring
Qualifications
đŻ Who Weâre Looking For

From an IT background (e.g. service desk, infrastructure, or similar)
Familiar with ITIL frameworks (ideal but not essential)
Technically curious and motivated to explore real-world cyber threats
A critical thinker who can question assumptions and spot improvement opportunities
A strong communicator whoâs a true team player
Proactive, dependable, and excited by the chance to make a difference in a global company
