Work You’ll Do:

• Participate as the primary security engineering representative on for the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and/or integration of secure networking, computing, enclave environments, IA architectures, systems, or system components.

• Support the Government in the enforcement of the design and implementation of trusted relationships among external systems and architectures.

• Apply knowledge of IA policy, procedures, and workforce structure to design, develop, and implement secure networking, computing, and enclave environments.

• Apply knowledge and understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and STIG process.

• Support security planning, assessment, risk analysis, and risk management.

• Identify overall security requirements for the proper handling of Government data.

• Interact with the customer and other project team members.

• Plan and coordinate the IT security programs and policies.

• Manage and control changes to the system and assessing the security impact of those changes.

• Obtain Certification & Accreditation (C&A) for systems under their purview.

• Provide support for a program, organization, system, or enclave’s information assurance program.

• Serve as the Approval Authority for systems under their control

Interact with government personnel and senior executives on technical considerations.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Ability to be onsite 100% of the time in one of the locations listed: Washington DC; Reston, VA

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.

• Proven experience at least 5+ years as an ISSO

• Required Certifications: Security+, CISSP or CISM

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
