About the Role
Are you an experienced security professional ready to lead and optimize our physical security system deployment in a cutting-edge environment? We’re searching for a Security Systems Manager to oversee and enhance security systems across our Nordic data centers, remote offices, and in support of our employees.
In this role, you will lead daily system operations, be a vital partner for our development function, manage contracts with key suppliers, and ensure alignment with both international and internal security standards. Your role will involve designing, deploying and managing scalable systems, maintaining compliance, and addressing potential vulnerabilities with cutting-edge solutions.
As a key figure in our security management team, you’ll contribute to compliance initiatives, risk management programs, and construction projects, ensuring that our security systems and policies align with international standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will directly impact the safety, resilience, and integrity of our operations.
This is a challenging and dynamic position, requiring you to respond to incidents, collaborate with teams across multiple sites, and support the delivery of secure, efficient operations.
About You
You have a strong background in physical security systems and a proven ability to lead in operationally complex settings. You are solution-oriented, with a focus on managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and delivering effective security outcomes. You thrive on working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve security objectives.
Requirements/Background
- Deep expertise in physical security systems such as CCTV, biometrics, intrusion detection and access control.
- Experience in deploying and managing security systems in large-scale or multinational environments.
- Familiarity with industry standards like ISO 27001, NIS2, or SOC 2.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ASIS PSP) are a plus.
- Strong skills in incident response and performance analysis.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
