Digital Software Engineer Lead Analyst

Citibank N.A. seeks a Digital Software Engineer Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: View and analyze safety and soundness issues reported in the Chief Information Security Office Business View and Citi Application Manager Portal (CAMP) for all teams within USPBT.  Coordinate the remediation of the issues to the application manager assigned to the application listed in Citi Systems Inventory (CSI).  Act as the issue and corrective action plan coordinator on all issues and corrective action plans (CAPs) open, ensure management updates are entered monthly, and risk is appropriately flagged. Ensure Citi has minimum to zero retargets of CAPs. Analyze all Vulnerability Threat Management (VTM) issues across servers and software components installed on the servers (visible in CSI). Remediate VTM issues directly or coordinate with respective support groups to remediate them before they become overdue. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related IT occupation conducting full-stack software development within the financial industry. Five (5) years of experience must include: Conducting full-stack software development using User Interface (Angular, AG Grid, Angular Material, Nodejs, Typescript, High Charts, Ngrx), Middleware (Java, Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Concurrency Java Framework, Transaction Management in Java, Hazelcast, Reactive / RxJava framework), and Database (Mongo DB) and deployment using the Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipeline; Writing and maintaining functional test cases, unit test cases, validation procedures using Test Driven Development (TDD) scripts, Behavior Driven Development (BDD) scripts, Junit test scripts, Jasmine, Protector, and Karma; Creating solution and system design, object diagram, sequence diagram, flowchart, and component diagram that account for security, resiliency, scalability, maintainability, and performance using design patterns including Java Design Pattern, Microservice Design Pattern, and Micro-Frontend; Performing upgrades or performance tuning of software components including WebSphere, Database, JDK, Node.js, Spring Framework, Angular, and Android on development servers; Analyzing and fixing issues identified by Security Vulnerability Assessments tools including Blackduck, Qualys, Synk scans against code; and Conducting Brown Bags on the efficiencies developed in addressing safety and soundness issues. 40 hrs./wk.
