Morgan Stanley are looking for a Cyber Data and Integration Lead to join the Threat Hunt & Cybersec Detection department within the Technology division.
What you'll do in the role:
- Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
- Support implementation and integration of technology solutions in a cyber security context.
- Systems administration of multiple components including OSes and databases.
- Drive the adoption of security best practices and ensure team compliance with security policies.
- Collaborate with other technology and business leaders to ensure a cohesive security posture.
- Report on security metrics and performance to senior management and stakeholders
What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability to effectively manage multiple functions and initiatives.
- Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
- At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of data governance in a cyber security context.
- Proven ability to develop and support enterprise-scale cyber event logging infrastructure
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its unique security challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
