What We OfferThe City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The target starting hourly range for this position is $28 to $34 per hour. We also offer generous benefits for full-time employees which include but are not limited to:

In this position you can expect to work at Denver International Airport. Free employee parking is provided.
The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed, at a job site several days a week and off-site as needed. Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their off-site days. In this position you can expect to work on site at least 3 days per week.
Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week.
This position will be allowed a flexible schedule after the initial training period.
What You’ll Do
The Revenue and Contracts Compliance Analyst will manage contracts to ensure compliance, verifies that contractors have met contract goals and provided required reports and documentation, review and resolve differences in areas of non-compliance, and address other concerns as necessary.
In this position you will need strong comprehension skills and the ability to work through the details of assigned contracts to include compliance and performance requirements. You will build strong professional partnerships with the Parking Contractors and the other Parking and Transportation Operations departments while monitoring and reviewing revenues, transactions, and compliance for Public Parking, Employee Parking, Commercial Transportation, Transportation, and Lost & Found. You must be comfortable working independently and with large amounts of data. We are looking for someone that thrives in a compliance focused environment, enjoys working with numbers, who is comfortable navigating many different types of technology and is a team player.
Additionally, as a Revenue and Contracts Compliance Analyst you can expect to:
Research contractors and the services they provide to compare their structure and operating policies with industry practice.
Review and authorize payment requests according to the contractual terms and applicable rules and regulations, withhold voucher payments until contractor is in compliance.
Recommend and coordinate the implementation of policies and procedures for assigned functions and assist in developing new policies and procedures.
Reconcile bank statements, accounting system and deposits from revenue generated through contractors and contractor systems using excel functions, i.e. If statements, V lookups, and Pivot tables. Develop new and adjust existing Excel spreadsheets and internal policies and procedures as the need arises.
Perform on-site reviews and/or desk reviews of contractors, and providers.
Review and analyze reports generated by contractors or providers to confirm compliance with contracts, rules and regulations and re-inspect as necessary to ensure compliance.
Maintain contract files throughout term of contract, generate status reports for management.
Prepares financial reporting and analysis.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Previous experience reconciling, bookkeeping, and accounting processes
Experience using various programs i.e. Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills, Workday
Strong technical writing skills
Previous experience with customer service and working with contractors
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Continuous improvement experience is a plus
Required Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate.
Three (3) years of administrative or technical support experience evaluating contracts for compliance with standards driven by some combination of service, performance, and financial criteria.
One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of education may be substituted for each required year of experience.
Requires a valid Driver's License at the time of application. Licenses and certifications must be kept current as a condition of employment.
FBI Background Check
FBI criminal background check is required for all positions at Denver International Airport (DEN). Employees are also required to report any felony convictions and/or moving violations to maintain this clearance and be eligible for continued employment. By position, a pre-employment physical/drug test may be required.
Shift Work/Emergency Duties
Denver International Airport is a 24/7/365 team operation. If staffing challenges arise, weather conditions warrant, or an emergency crisis occurs, all DEN employees will be required to work extended hours and/or alternative shifts (includes nights, weekends, and holidays).
