We are growing rapidly and are looking to hire a Campaign Manager to join our New York Office. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.

Working in Marketing

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the execution and management of marketing campaigns that drive business results. The ideal candidate is eager to grow in the field of performance marketing and has a foundational understanding of digital marketing channels. In this role, you will assist in developing data-informed strategies, coordinate campaign activities across multiple platforms, and collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

In this role you will:
 
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams to help develop marketing materials such as emails, landing pages, and social posts.
  • Marketing Automation: Support campaign setup and tracking in HubSpot, including email workflows and contact segmentation.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize webinars, trade shows, and virtual events by managing logistics, registrations, and follow-up communications.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, and assist in preparing performance reports.
  • Sales Enablement: Help maintain and distribute marketing collateral that supports the sales team, such as case studies and product one-pagers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to inform campaign strategies.

You Have
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4-6 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships count!).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • A strong analytical mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice if you have
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools beyond HubSpot and GA.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams within fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, including emerging channels and tools.

Salary Base Range
$80,000 - 110,000
