We have an opening for a full-time, Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our talented, dynamic team in support of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. 

As a Cybersecurity Program Manager supporting the Treasury PROTECTS BPA, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of task order activities aligned to Security Operations Center (SOC) functional areas, such as cybersecurity analytics, engineering, incidence response, and threat hunting. You will collaborate closely with SOC leadership, functional leads, and other PMs to ensure high-quality service delivery within your assigned area.

Duties

  • Leading integrated program management across all SOC task orders and managing project cost, schedule, and performance. 
  • Acting as the single point of contact for government stakeholders on task order execution and reporting. 
  • Coordinating across SOC leadership, technical leads, and operational managers to ensure delivery alignment. 
  • Developing and maintaining program plans, risk registers, status reports, and incident tracking systems. 
  • Supporting performance metrics collection, reporting, and quality assurance aligned with Treasury requirements. 
  • Overseeing onboarding, personnel readiness, and contractor performance across sub-task areas. 
  • Driving strategic initiatives for SOC consolidation and enterprise cyber resilience. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, including 5+ years leading large federal cybersecurity programs. 
  • Experience with SOC program delivery, including 24x7 operations, engineering, threat response, and intake management. 
  • PMP certification required (or equivalent). 
  • Familiarity with NIST, CNSSI, FISMA, and federal cybersecurity reporting practices. 
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance and be eligible for Top Secret. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
