ASRC Federal is looking for an experienced Program Manager to support work with the U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) Chief Information Officer (CIO) G6 Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) at the Redstone Arsenal, AL. These IT services support ACC’s global contracting mission, working to provide critical mission support services designed to enable the workforce with secure technology solutions. The Program Manager will be reporting to the Contract Director, and overseeing a team 45 to 50 programmers, software developers, artificial intelligence (AI) engineers, video teleconferencing (VTC) and audio/visual (A/V) technicians, graphics specialists, and more. Key Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring all work is performed according to the Performance Work Statement, turn in on time and with minimal to no errors.
• Preparing the Quality Control Plan, and updating it as needed.
• Checking certifications and training requirements of team members, including tracking when annual training is required, and ensuring all team members’ training is up to date.
• Preparing and submitting the Monthly Status Report.
• Completing the Government Furnished Property Inventory Reporting requirements.
• Working with the Contract Director and PCA to prepare and submit the Performance and Cost Report on a monthly basis.
• Preparing and updating all Project Plans and Schedules.
• Preparing Surge Support Plans and overseeing the Surge Support as needed.
• Prepare and submit exception reports as needed.
• Attend contract status meetings and provide an update on all contract work.
Required Skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project,
• Excellent communication skills – this includes written, face-to-face, and virtual.
Education and Experience Requirements
• A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution fulfills the educational requirement for WRC
◦ Experience may be used in lieu of a degree
• Approved DoD8140 cyber-related certification: SecurityX / CASP+, CCE, CCISO, CSSP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSMP, DAWIA PM Advanced, DAWIA PM Practitioner, FITSP-A, FITSP-M, GFACT, GSEC, GSLC, or Security+
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Leading SAFe and/or PMI-ACP is preferred
• 5+ years’ experience managing a program of similar size
Clearance Requirements
• Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance
