The Cyber Resiliency Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing business continuity and operational resiliency strategies to ensure Global Information Security (GIS) can effectively respond to and recover from disruptive events, including cybersecurity incidents, natural disasters, and other emergencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities, conduct risk assessments, and create actionable resiliency plans. Serve in a critical response role during crisis events, coordinating efforts to mitigate impact and facilitate recovery, ensuring the continuity of GIS operations. 

Business Continuity Planning 
•    Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans (BCPs) and disaster recovery plans (DRPs) to ensure GIS operational resilience.
•    Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical business functions, applications, dependencies, and potential threats.

Crisis and Event Response
•    Assist in the development and execution of crisis response plans, ensuring alignment with business continuity strategies.
•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare for and respond to incidents, including cyber threats, natural disasters, and other emergencies.

Documentation and Reporting
•    Maintain up-to-date documentation of business continuity plans, crisis response protocols, and incident reports.
•    Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of business continuity initiatives and response activities.

Continuous Improvement
•    Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats related to business continuity and cybersecurity.
•    Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of the organization's resilience capabilities. 
•    Lead or participate in Project Management activities

Required Skills:
•    3+ years of experience in business continuity planning, crisis management, or a related role, preferably within the cybersecurity sector.
•    Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
•    Experience with risk management frameworks and methodologies
•    Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution, including IT disaster recovery strategies.
•    Understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and vulnerabilities that may impact business operations.
•    Ability to analyze complex situations, identify vulnerabilities, and develop effective solutions.
•    Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions during event/crisis

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$76,500.00 - $136,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
