1. ISMS Operation- 30%
Provide day-to-day support of ReSource Pro’s ISMS by monitoring, responding to, and escalating Information Security related user requests, monitor current threats and vulnerabilities and identify whether they affect ReSource Pro.

2. ISMS Improvement- 25%
Take part in projects and evaluate technologies, with minimal supervision, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Information Security policies, procedures, and controls while reducing the risks in the Risk Treatment Plan.

3. Audit and Incident Response- 25%
Conduct compliance audits (including independent audit, regular processing audit, event and logs review etc.) to identify issues and potential problems, escalate to other departments and implement remedial measure. Follow incident responses policies and procedure to first response incidents and escalate to next level.

4. Raise Security Awareness- 20%
Work with IT Supervisor (Helpdesk & Information Security) and other departments to raise information awareness and reinforce programs; Educate Helpdesk Team relevant security processes, procedures and policies to handle security relevant tickets timely and properly.
