Against this background, you get involved in our business area DXC Security – one of the strategic areas of growth at DXC. In Denmark the Security Center is extending rapidly, as our services are being requested by our valued current and new customers.
As Security Country Lead Denmark, you will be responsible for the management and successful active expansion of our security business in Denmark. You lead the security business both externally in the market with clients and government, and internally. You will take on a team of about 15 individuals with the aim of significantly increasing the number of employees and ensuring the further development and satisfaction of the employees as well as a positive team spirit. Amongst other security domains our SOC in Denmark will be under your leadership.
This will include the following responsibilities:
Commercial / Business lead for our Danish security business. Meet growth, OP and Revenue Targets.
Ownership and leadership for delivery Standards and capabilities for the team. Maintain security, compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Sales and Partner Focus. Establish Sales and Partner / Vendor relationships. Look to build C-level relationships with our customers and cross and up sell our security services and solutions. Be involved in pursuits where appropriate. Seek positive feedback from clients and sales.
Recruitment. Meet recruitment target.
In particularly demanding customer situations, you will contribute with your many years of practical experience to the service delivery and thus contribute to the overall success.
Qualifications
As a subject matter expert in the field, you will possess excellent communication skills combined with demonstrated leadership abilities that will see you lead a team in successful engagements. Coupled with this, your tenacity and expertise will see you effectively implement and drive change to meet our growth objectives. Essentially, first class interpersonal skills and the ability to foster strong working relationships with our key clients and stakeholders are paramount. You will act as a role model and have a strong sense of appreciation and trends of Cyber Security.
To be considered for this role, you will have extensive and substantial work experience in IT Security services (at least 10 years). You will have managed people and a business and can demonstrate that you successfully grown an organisation
Danish citizenship, higher education, driving license, and fluency in Danish and English are a must.
Demonstrated experience in the following competencies to drive business results is required:
Strategic Planning
Translates business unit goals into actionable plans and strategies that reflect the requirements and opportunities within area-of-control
Execution
Actively manages business plans to meet revenue goals/quotas and advance the business interests of DXC
Forecast/Budget Control
Tracks & manages rolling forecasts and budgets to ensure timely and accurate roll-ups
Sales Facilitation
Applies influence and organizational savvy to advance sales opportunities externally, with clients, and internally, within DXC
Coaching
Personally develops employee performance to ensure individual and group excellence
Workforce Planning
Actively monitors, identifies and addresses sales & resource capability gaps within area-of-control
DXC Partner Resources
Effectively accesses appropriate partner resources associated with a solution and guiding account strategy
Certifications:
Having one or more relevant certifications in the areas of security or IT architecture is a plus (e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM, ITAC, TOGAF, ...).
