Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Security Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to access data through various systems: Defense Information Security System (DISS) and Scattered Castles.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide positive, well-communicated response and closure of all customer inquiries. 
• Direct all incoming documentation to the appropriate person or database within 2 business days of receipt.
• Deliver priority messages based on urgency.
• Capture details of all actions in shared log or within the appropriate PeopleSoft security modules.
• Return all phone messages within one business day of receipt.
• Coordinate customer support activities across all Personnel Security Branches as customer inquiries are received to deliver the applicable answers.
• Create and deliver reports and applicable procedure updates on or before the suspense date and with 100 percent accuracy when requested by Division Chief

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• High school diploma & 3+ years of relative experience.
• Active Top-Secret security clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an SCI.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CI POLY.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date.

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
