Information Technology Project Manager -TOC Emerging IT Projects / Technologies

Overview

The Information Technology Project Manager for TOC Emerging IT Projects / Technologies will oversee and ensure the successful management and implementation of new and ongoing IT projects within the TOC. This position requires a strong command of project management principles and the aptitude to guide projects focused on integrating emerging technologies into the existing client’s infrastructure.

This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high-quality project and program management standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Consult and advise clients on project costs, planning, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Manage and provide leadership across multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve technical and operational goals.
• Plan, kick-off, and direct IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and integration of emerging technologies.
• Act as the primary bridge between business demands and technical solutions, orchestrating project activities to ensure business objectives are met.
• Strategically plan project phases, evaluate progress, and make necessary adjustments to address any business implications encountered.
• Diligently monitor project timelines, quality of deliverables, and budget targets, implementing controls to maintain project course.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10+ years in IT.
• A minimum of 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably with exposure to managing projects involving emerging technologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials.
• At least one professional technical certification such as CCNP, CCIE, MCITP/MCSE, CISSP, or an equivalent.
• Due to the nature of work performed at the client’s facility, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Public Trust Clearance is required.
• Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
• Must possess problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
• Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
• Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.

Pay Range

USD $90,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.
