IAM Security Engineering Lead/full-stack development lead , Vice President

Who we are looking for State Street cyber architecture & engineering is looking for outstanding individuals with excellent intellectual and analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, strong communications, and influencing capabilities. This role will have a broad range of responsibilities within IAM/IGA. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for:

• As the Engineering Lead, you will ·
• Lead an engineering team of full stack developers ·
• Demonostrated experience building cloud native (AWS) web applications using Spring boot, API, Java microservices, Angular/React JS in an agile environment ·
• Hands-on experience with design, development and debugging applications ·
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate dependencies, risk .

Education & Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience working within Cybersecurity in large financial organizations ·
• Demonstrated experience architecting, designing & implementing large scale IAM Systems.
• Technology expertise in one of the core programming languages (Java, Python, etc)
