Job Responsibilities:  

• Infrastructure Strategy & Operations

  • Develop and execute a global infrastructure roadmap aligned with business and IT goals.

  • Lead the design, deployment, and support of global server environments (on-prem and cloud), storage, and backup systems.

  • Oversee standardization and consolidation of servers and infrastructure assets across regions.

• Security & Compliance

  • Ensure infrastructure security through effective management of firewalls, antivirus, patching, and access controls.

  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to implement and enforce security protocols and disaster recovery/business continuity strategies.

  • Support regulatory compliance initiatives related to IT infrastructure (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).

• Network & Connectivity

  • Oversee global WAN/LAN infrastructure, remote access, and VPN performance to ensure stable, secure connectivity across manufacturing sites and offices.

  • Lead upgrades and modernization of network equipment and architecture.

• Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with infrastructure vendors, MSPs, telecom providers, and hardware suppliers.

  • Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and ensure third-party partners deliver high-quality services and support

• Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead a global team of infrastructure engineers, administrators, and technical specialists.

  • Drive a culture of operational excellence, performance accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Project Delivery

  • Direct infrastructure projects including server upgrades, site deployments, datacenter consolidations, and cloud migrations.

  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, applications, and security teams to align infrastructure with broader IT initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:​

• Experience consolidating global IT infrastructure across multiple business units or regions.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, CCNA, Microsoft, AWS, VMware).

• Knowledge of OT (Operational Technology) and infrastructure requirements in industrial environments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure leadership roles within manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Strong technical knowledge of servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), firewalls, storage, and networking.

• Experience with security architecture, firewall management, and disaster recovery planning.

• Proven track record managing third-party vendors and global infrastructure teams.

• Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS), and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) models.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
