We provide care to over 3,000 patients in San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, Napa, Yolo, Placer, El Dorado and Sacramento Counties.

The role is based out of our Burlingame HQ (Monday-Friday) with travel to support the company's locations as required including San Jose, Walnut Creek, Sacramento and future expansion locations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute on IT Initiatives: Partner with leadership to execute on aligned IT initiatives that centers around organizational goals and growth strategies. Implement innovative technology solutions that improve workflows.
  • IT Support & Training: Act as a point resource for all IT issues: troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for staff. Provide tailored training and resources to empower employees with the technology they need to succeed. Ensure timely resolution of system outages or disruptions.
  • System Management & Optimization: Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of IT systems.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Enforce IT security protocols and policies. Perform risk assessments, security audits, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Project Management: Partner cross-functionally on IT projects as an independent contributor, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments. Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of IT experience.
  • Experience supporting a rapidly growing organization with a dispersed workforce is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in healthcare IT systems, including EMRs and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
  • Proven track record in contributions towards building & managing IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and mobile technologies is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, RingCentral, VMware, Cisco Meraki, and SD-WANExperience with SSO integration, access provisioning, and asset/hardware managementFamiliarity in using ticketing systems like JIRA and workflow management systems like Monday.com for IT project and task managementStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, user support, and system administration.
  • Preferred certifications: Google Admin, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, MCSE, ITIL Foundation
