Senior Security Engineer, Application Security

The RoleAs a Senior Security Engineer at Constantinople, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the security posture of our white-label Banking Cloud Platform. You will join a growing security team and collaborate with engineers across multiple regions to provide guidance and develop guardrails for our applications and overall banking platform. You will be empowered to own and drive our application security capability and contribute broadly across other security domains such as cloud security and detection engineering.

What You’ll Do

• Enhance and manage application security tooling such as SAST, DAST (both out-of-the-box and custom), open-source vulnerability scanning, and EASM.
• Standardize critical application components utilized throughout our platform in collaboration with our platform team and staff engineers.
• Own and manage the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle and tooling.
• Manage our penetration testing program for new and existing features and products.

Who You Are

• Experience with general DevSecOps tooling and workflows.
• Experience with SAST/DAST/SCA/EASM.
• Experience in building bespoke application security tooling and directly improving platform components/code.
• Development or application security experience across different languages and frameworks, with a preference for Node.js and Go.
• Strong teamwork skills that foster productive relationships and contribute to company culture.
• Ability to work autonomously and tackle complex problems using cybersecurity principles.
