Network & Security Administrator

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. Our UniQue Team is growing and we are looking for a Network & Security Administrator to join our team in Luxembourg!

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with network security technologies and strong technical documentation skills. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructures, as well as producing and maintaining technical documentation.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Management of network, firewall, proxy and remote access requests via ticketing tool.
• Monitoring/supervision of network and security equipment.
• Installation and maintenance of network and security infrastructures.
• Work with Windows, Unix and Applications system administration teams to resolve network and security infrastructure issues.
• Ensure compliance with the institution's network security standards.
• Maintenance of technical documentation and ensure implementation and updating of network infrastructure security policies.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• A minimum of 7+ years of proven professional experience as Senior Network Security Engineer.
• Cisco: 7–9 years of proven experience configuring and managing Cisco routers, switches, and security modules.
• Check Point: 7–9 years of hands-on experience with Check Point firewall configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting.
• Catalyst Center: 4–6 years of proven experience administering and supporting Catalyst-based network infrastructures.
• Firewall Technologies: 4–6 years of experience with general firewall configuration, rule set management, and monitoring.
• Ivanti VPN Gateway: 4–6 years of experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining Ivanti VPN solutions.
• McAfee: 4–6 years of experience managing and troubleshooting McAfee endpoint and network security products.
• Palo Alto Networks (Intermediate): 4–6 years of experience configuring and supporting Palo Alto firewalls and security tools.
• Switching: 4–6 years of experience with Layer 2/Layer 3 switching technologies and network topologies.
• Technical Documentation: 4–6 years of experience creating and maintaining detailed network/security documentation, including topology diagrams and standard operating procedures.
• Fluency in French (Full professional proficiency) and English (Professional proficiency) both written and spoken are mandatory
