Network Architect

Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products. The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers.     Mission: We champion health, dignity and comfort.     Vision: To be a global leader in absorbent hygiene by meeting consumers’ diverse needs through effective, affordable and widely available personal care solutions.      Our Values: Personal, Agile, Innovative, and Integrity    Job Summary:   The Network Architect will be responsible for designing, planning and keeping operative the overall network infrastructure in the company.Work with internal and external stakeholders to validate the architecture of new initiatives so they comply with our corporate standards and security posture.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design, network administration and security, but also excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Working out of business hours or over the weekend may be punctually needed. Key responsibilities:   

• Perform research and analysis to identify and understand the network needs of a company and develop strategies to enhance network operations and ensure network solutions align with IT global strategy
• Network Management: Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Keep the different IT Networks (Office & Production Network) in a healthy status, performing any preventive activity to improve network performance, availability, resilience and security
• Plan and manage network upgrades, patches, and updates, deploy new tools etc. to ensure network components are current and secure.
• Participate in projects with other IT teams, external security consultants, SOC and business teams, identifying and addressing the needs around network infrastructure and security and making sure that tasks are delivered on time
• Architecture review and approval for both on-prem and cloud corporate initiatives

 Required Qualifications:   

• 7+ year experience of working in network administration and security roles
• 2+ year experience designing and planning corporate networks
• Technical IT Degree
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, CISSP, Palo Alto or equivalent
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls), network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and network monitoring tools.
• Industrial and OT environments
• Network protocols and architecture, firewalls administration, SDWAN, SASE/ZTNA, CASB, CNAPP.
• Cisco WiFi management.
• Cloud exposure, especially to MS365 and AWS.
