Title: IAM Associate - Cyber Sec Admin
Job Description/Major Duties:
Prepares and sets up applications, tests data for Identity and Access Management projects. Interacts with Clients to troubleshoot application issues and determine a resolution. Learns and complies with Identity and Access Management principles and objectives. Analyzes Client’s requests to determine the necessary requirements. Implements and identifies improvements to Access Control system enhancements. Manages consulting practice with business partners for technology security topics. Maintains relationships with partners to manage effectiveness of the access security life cycle management process. Mitigates risk of conversions to partners. Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit / function. As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level. Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult. Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- Highly motivated, self-directed and possess solid execution skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills are required
- Experienced in writing business requirements and details
- Experience leading requirements gathering sessions
- Demonstrates critical thought and probes beyond the surface of the requested data to get at the valuable (actionable) information
- An in-depth understanding of Information Security is beneficial
- Must be highly flexible and highly flexible and adaptable to change
- Excellent people skills are also necessary since this position interacts with all levels of resources across the entire organization
- In-depth Functional/Industry Knowledge, such as IT audit, IT Risk Management and Information Security is beneficial
Salary Range:
$67,500 - 111,500 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
