The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and manage Enterprise Information Environment (EIE) services support for both on and off-premise cloud deployments. This position leads complex projects aligned with mission strategies and outcomes, focusing on lifecycle management, engineering, integration, and sustainment of critical systems for U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES2) contract. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage EIE services support for cloud deployments, ensuring seamless connectivity and alignment with USSOUTHCOM strategies. 

  • Oversee lifecycle management, engineering, integration, and sustainment of required systems within the EIE. 

  • Lead specific projects assigned by the PM, Business Operations Lead, or Government, managing all aspects including requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and performance. 

  • Monitor, adjust, and report on project performance, budget, and schedule, providing interim progress reviews to the Government as needed. 

  • Propose, implement, and enforce Government policies, standards, and methodologies related to IT projects and EIE services. 

  • Develop or supervise the preparation of studies, reports, and acquisition documents crucial to project success. 

  • Apply expertise across multiple complex work assignments within the EIE services domain. 

  • Develop innovative methodologies and present solutions to complex problems with considerable autonomy. 


Qualifications:
Required: 

  • US citizen with active Secret security clearance 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management supporting ITIL implementations, enterprise-level cloud deployments, and EIE services

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational change management skills

  • Strong knowledge of lifecycle management, systems engineering, and integration processes/tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project)

Desired:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), additional relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, cloud certifications)

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
