Ypto is searching a Technology architect in the Network and Network security area.

As architect, you will define the network of the future of SNCB.  

You will translate the business requirements regarding network & network security in functional and technical requirements for projects.

 You will define the technology standard, the services (including process linked to ITSM), roadmap and lifecycle of those services.

You will work together with our providers who are responsible to provide the technical architecture, the detailed design, the implementation and support of the solution.

You will act as solution architect for all network project including the review, definition and documentation of the process linked to this project in close collaboration with other stakeholders.

You do all this with the customer in mind and with respect for our values.

 

This position will have an important influence on the satisfaction of customers and employees but also on the security of SNCB’s data and information.

Requirements

o   Master's degree or equivalent through experience

o   Senior: > 8 years’ experience

o   Experience in creating roadmaps and business cases

o   Experience in translating functional needs into Infrastructure needs

o   Experience with Enterprise networks, network security and best practices

o   Good knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, MPLS, VRF, SDN, routing & switching

o   Good knowledge of endpoint security, NAC, user VPN, PKI, IPAM, ...

o   Experience with process and procedure definition

o   Experience with Cisco SD Access stack (DNA, ISE…) is a plus

o   Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitating and negotiation

o   Ability to understand and apply the long-term (“Big Picture”) vision and tactical needs

o   Excellent analytical and technical skills

o   Excellent oral and written communication skills

o   Excellent planning and organizational skills

o   You have experience in collaborating with different Service Providers

o   You have a high level of organizational sensitivity and are stress resistant

o   Languages: NL/FR/EN
