At Orro, we’re looking for a sharp, strategic and commercially minded Cyber Growth Lead to join our growing team at the forefront of Cyber Security. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive growth across our integrated Cyber portfolio, including SOC, Managed Detection and Response, Cyber Assurance and Consulting, with a focus on mid-market clients across NSW. You’ll work closely with direct and inside sales, backed by in-house delivery experts, to uncover opportunities, craft tailored solutions, and secure high-value, long-term clients. About the Role
Driving the Cyber Growth Strategy
Lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies to grow our Cyber Security portfolio including SOC, MDR, Cyber Assurance, and Consulting. With a clear focus on mid-market NSW clients, this role identifies the right opportunities, uncovers client pain points, and shapes go-to-market plans that deliver results, backed by an agile, client-focused, fast-growing business.
Teaming Up to Open Doors
Partner with our inside and direct sales teams to uncover opportunities, shape compelling pitches, and co-create proposals. Collaborate on account planning and penetration strategies with full support from delivery and technical experts to bring integrated, outcome-led solutions to life.
Building Trusted Partnerships
Be the face clients remember and the partner they rely on. Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding what matters, solving challenges, and staying engaged beyond the sale. Orro’s reputation for personal, responsive service helps turn trust into lasting success.
Staying Ahead of the Cyber Curve

What You’ll Bring to the Table
- A degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 3+ years of success in Cyber Security sales, with a strong hunter mindset and a focus on new business development
- Proven track record closing complex deals and delivering measurable revenue growth
- Experience across SOC, MDR, Assurance, or Consulting; MSP background highly regarded
- A collaborative approach and ability to influence cross functional teams
- Strategic, commercially minded, and driven to exceed targets
- Willing and able to travel to support client engagement and growth opportunities
