Job summary:

We are currently looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to join our Security Technical Service Team. The primary focus for this role is provide M365 & Azure Security technical services and implement cloud-native security solutions. The key function for this role is primarily in implementation and technical support stage and requires the candidate to have knowledge in both M365 & Azure Security technology. Candidate must build, upgrade, and maintain the customer’s cloud security environments and improve cloud network security, secure cloud applications, and services. This role is the champion who creates and maintains the methods, tools, and procedures to safeguard customer’s cloud-native data and applications hosted in the cloud. And based out of Logicalis Taiwan office, this role will support all related customers’ cloud-base technical requests and Sales and Pre-sales team.

• Implement M365 & Azure cloud architecture security for our customers.
• Configure secure cloud infrastructures and analyze, log and respond to incidents in the cloud environment.
• Keep up with new cloud security risks, vulnerabilities, and security controls.
• Develop new and improved security techniques to improve the security of cloud-based system.
• Maintain the cloud security infrastructure and continuously enhance cloud security technologies and services in designated cloud security domains.
• Analyze, design, and create applications, tests, and infrastructure automation tools for cloud security.
• Assist security operations and other teams on cloud security strategy, methods, responses, and technologies.
• Provide technical support to Sales and Pre-sales team for M365 & Azure cloud security solution.

2.0 Required Qualifications:

- Essential

• Preferably understand and have experiences in M365 & Azure Security solution.
• Familiar with or knowledgeable in modern technological fields like cloud computing, endpoint security, and enterprise security is preferred.
• Self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible in approach and able to adapt to new situations and issues.
• Good team player and proactive attitude.
• Good knowledge with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Team Player highly spirited, sharing presales experience with peers.
• Able to learn and adopt new skills based on the relevant training provided.
