About This Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Cyber Engagement Program Coordinator to support the Cyber Awareness & Training team.

This role is a hybrid position and will be seated in the cities posted on the req.

There is no Visa sponsorship or Visa transfers for this position.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate the development and delivery of Security Education, Awareness, and Training.
  • Support the Head of Cyber Engagement.
  • Manage the logistics of training sessions, workshops, and events.
  • Track employee participation and generate reports.
  • Assist in the creation of engaging communication materials. 
  • Maintain and update the cyber awareness program website and intranet pages.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Social Engineering Simulation Team.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of vendors.
  • Monitor program budgets and track expenses.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the cyber engagement program. 
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers.
  • Interact with internal customers. 

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Basic understanding of cyber security principles 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in cyber security awareness and training 
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Experience with graphic design or video editing
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools 
  • Security+ or other relevant certifications are a plus
  • Experience with vendor management

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
