Position Overview:

Working under the direction of the Chief Audit Executive (CAE), the primarily responsibilities include establishing the Internal Audit Data Analytics function to support the global Internal Audit team and engagements, providing critical solution thinking to more efficiently deliver the annual audit plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead innovation efforts within Internal Audit by integrating Generative AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics into audit programs to identify risks and deliver value-driven insights
  • Leverage a strong understanding of data structures to gather, assess, interpret, and analyze data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness in auditing processes
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Alteryx or Python
  • Design and implement processes to identify, access, and integrate relevant data sources across the organization, ensuring high-quality inputs for audit analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, team members, and external consultants to execute cutting-edge techniques and tools
  • Assist in the development and implementation of “always on auditing” (continuous monitoring) testing and assurance approach including establishing the methodology and framework to support our strategic vision for continuous assurance
  • Support SOX financial statement mapping and data mining required for testing

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in building and/or executing a data analytics program/framework
  • Experience with practical applications of AI and machine learning technologies
  • Experience applying modernized auditing techniques, with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with practical applications of AI and machine learning technologies.
  • A degree in a technical discipline or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CFE, CAP, or similar).
  • 5+ years of experience, ideally auditing and data analytics, AI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, taking a hands-on role, to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • experience with second line-of-defense functions, including compliance and risk management.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
