  • Ensure all controls (e.g., SoD, least privilege, periodic access certifications) are tested and documented effectively.

  • Work closely with the risk and compliance teams to remediate identified gaps and improve the control structure.

  • Monitor and report on operational KPIs, SLAs, and issue remediation related to IAM processes.

  • Drive continuous improvement of IAM operational processes by identifying automation opportunities and process enhancements.

  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to align IAM operations with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all IAM procedures, workflows, and control evidence.

  • Lead and mentor a small team of IAM analysts or specialists (if applicable).

  • Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC2, ISO 27001).

  • Hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Azure AD, etc.).

  • Proven track record in supporting audit and compliance reviews with clear evidence and narratives.

  • Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD), Least Privilege, Access Certifications, and RBAC models.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or IAM-specific credentials preferred.

  • Experience working in regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, or financial services, preferred.

  • Familiarity with agile and ITIL processes in operations.
