Major Account Manager
Location: Copenhagen

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Trend Micro’s solutions through a strategic, value-based approach

  • Build strong relationships within named and prospect accounts

  • Develop account strategies and coordinate internal resources to maximize results

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers to drive value and alignment with Trend Micro’s roadmap

  • Collaborate effectively with SEs, channel teams, specialists, and leadership

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and follow all internal sales processes

  • Provide accurate forecasts and regular activity/performance reporting

Experience Required

  • Proven success in selling technology solutions, ideally in cybersecurity

  • Strong track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and engaging with senior IT/C-level stakeholders

  • Experience in selling SaaS and platform-based solutions

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles in medium to large enterprise environments

  • Field sales experience with strong customer-facing skills

  • Solid knowledge of channel sales and key partner ecosystems

You Have

  • Minimum 6 years in enterprise sales or business development

  • Strong ability to communicate business value to C-level stakeholders

  • Experience with enterprise security solutions

  • Demonstrated success closing complex deals and achieving sales targets

  • A dynamic, results-driven mindset with a passion for cybersecurity

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Fluent English skills required
