To compliment this dynamic team, we are currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist dedicated to CYBERSECURITY.
In this job of you will be responsible for large, diverse, complex territories and/or products. This role is focused on new business development. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new reseller partnerships in the Cybersecurity segment. This is a high-ownership, commercially driven position requiring strong initiative and the ability to build new markets.
The location for this full-time job is in Italy, based in Casalecchio di Reno (BO), Ingram Micro Italy’s Center of Excellence. The role reports directly to the Senior Manager Cybersecurity for Italy.

Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new B2B reseller partners in the Cybersecurity space.
Generate leads through an End-to-End process involving marketing-defined activities, cold calling, outbound campaigns, and digital prospecting tools, leveraging our internal BI and the power of Ingram Micro Xvantage platform
Qualify and develop opportunities through structured pipeline management.
Drive the full sales cycle: initial contact, solution positioning, negotiation, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate reporting of activities, pipeline, and forecasts through Xvantage 4 Associates CRM system (based on Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Contribute to the achievement of team KPIs while taking ownership of personal targets.
Collaborate across departments (vendor managers, presales, marketing, finance) to develop and execute growth strategies.
Share market insights, new ideas, and feedback to support continuous improvement of commercial activities.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally IT distribution, system integration or vendor environment.
Proven track record in new customer acquisition and consistent overachievement of sales goals.
Strong commercial instincts with the ability to manage complex solution offerings.
Team-oriented mindset, with a clear understanding of shared goals and interdependent results.
Proactive, curious, and eager to experiment with new sales approaches and contribute to continuous improvement.
Personal accountability through entrepreneurial drive
Excellent communication skills in Italian and working proficiency in English.
