This opportunity provides an introduction to the full life-cycle of quality engineering in the Archer GRC product. This is a part-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for execution of tests, methods, and procedures to ensure quality assurance and serviceability standards.
- Analyzes test results of existing functionality, documenting outcome when corrective action is necessary.
- Ensures that system tests are successfully completed, documented and all issues are resolved.
- Installation and configuration of product and system component software in the Continuous Engineering QE lab.
- Responsible for testing systems, application software, and platform certification.
- After testing provides feedback to developers on noted problems and potential changes to remediate.
- Works independently with CE team engineers and other engineering functions.
- Participate in the Cumulative Patch Release (CPR) program conducting verification of defect fixes delivered in the release.
- Review of release documentation to ensure completeness and clarity.
- Conducts platform and cross-product compatibility testing to certify forward and backward product compatibility.
Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate Bachelor's Degree program. Current students in the last two years of their undergraduate program are preferred.
