What you'll do

  • Provide dedicated support to all departments within the CIS Division, working closely with department heads and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
  • Develop and implement resource planning strategies to ensure effective financial and capacity management across the division
  • Assist department heads in planning and allocating financial and human resources, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Prepare and maintain monthly financial forecasts to support budget planning, tracking, and reporting for all CIS departments
  • Collaborate with the CISO and department heads to enable targeted management of security investments and ensure the financial performance of the overall security program
  • Contribute to the strategic alignment of security investments by providing insights into the efficiency and effectiveness of resource utilization, while working closely with the Security Performance, Risk & Compliance (PRC) team and reporting directly to the Head of PRC


Who you are

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, or a related field, with a focus on financial management, is required
  • Professional experience in resource planning, financial reporting, and performance management, ideally gained in a technology-driven or corporate environment
  • Strong analytical skills enable you to assess both the financial efficiency and operational effectiveness of security measures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively across departments, teams, and cultures
  • Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of German is a plus
