職務内容

ネットワーク プリセールス エンジニアとして、営業チームやパートナー企業と連携しながら、お客様の課題や要件を技術的な視点から整理・提案し、最適なネットワークソリューションを設計・推進する役割を担います。

案件獲得前から導入計画策定に至るまで、技術的な信頼を築くキーパーソンとして活躍いただきます。

主な業務内容

- 顧客への技術ヒアリングおよび要件定義

- ネットワークインフラ（LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/セキュリティ等）に関するソリューション提案

- 提案書・構成図・見積書など技術資料の作成支援

- 製品デモやPoC（検証）環境の設計・実施支援

- 営業メンバーとの案件戦略策定・同行訪問

- パートナー企業・SIerとの技術連携

- パートナー向けのイネーブルメント活動（技術トレーニング、資料作成、Q&A対応など）

- US本社の開発チームとのコミュニケーション（新製品情報の入手、技術フィードバックの共有など）

- セミナーや展示会での技術プレゼンテーション

応募資格

必須要件：

- ネットワーク領域におけるプリセールスまたは設計・構築の実務経験（目安：3年以上）

- TCP/IP、VLAN、VPN、無線LAN、Firewallなどの基本的なネットワーク知識

- 顧客や社内関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる能力

- 提案資料・構成図の作成経験（PowerPoint、Visio等）

- 日常会話レベルの英語力（Reading／Writing／Speaking／Listening）

歓迎要件：

- CCIE／Aruba／Juniper／Fortinetなどのネットワーク系認定資格

- クラウドネットワーク（AWS/GCP/Azure）やSASE/ZTNAの知識

- セキュリティ、サイバーセキュリティの知識、CISSP

- パートナー営業支援や販売代理店との協業経験

- プレゼンテーションや技術セミナーでの登壇経験

- APIを使ったインテグレーション経験
