About the Role 

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to make a significant impact in a new and dynamic environment? Join Partner Solutions (PSI) team as a Security Advisor Senior – Identity Governance. As a security advisor specializing in Identity & Governance, you will deliver secure and scalable identity solutions across a diverse portfolio of client environments. You will support multiple tenants, ensuring robust identity lifecycle management, governance compliance, and privileged access controls—while aligning with client-specific business and regulatory requirements. 

What you'll do here: 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, ensuring secure, least-privilege access across cloud environments to reduce risk and support compliance. 

  • Design and manage identity lifecycle processes across multiple client environments.

  • Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access for cloud and hybrid systems. 

  • Integrate applications using modern identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM. 

  • Use automation frameworks (e.g., Git, Pipelines, PowerShell, or Terraform) to streamline IAM operations and reporting. 

  • Serve as a technical consultant to clients, providing guidance on IAM architecture, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.

  • Deliver hands-on operational support for deploying and configuring platform components to ensure secure and efficient cloud operations. 

  • Integrate IAM systems with SIEM or SOAR platforms to support Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR). 

 

What you bring to the table: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. 

  • 3–5+ years of experience in IAM/IGA with a focus on multi-tenant environment and multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP). 

  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate, ITIL, or similar. 

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, or similar platforms. 

  • Deep understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM. 

  • Scripting/automation proficiency (PowerShell, Python, APIs). 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail in identifying and resolving security issues in cloud environments. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders across the organization. 

  • Ability to create and maintain detailed, clear documentation for cloud security configurations, policies, and processes.  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing, diverse stakeholders. 

  • Bilingualism (french, english) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country. 

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
