Work Hours: 7.5 hours per day
Contract- 198 days
Must Haves:
- Experience with DataPower XML Gateway
- Hands-on experience debugging DataPower transactions.
- Experience Supporting IBM API Connect
- Experience with Unix scripting & deployment automation.
- Experience with DataPower security, security policies, authentication, and authorization.
Responsibilities: Provide planning, consulting, technical analysis, design, deployment, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, upgrades and daily support of middleware products
General Skills:
• Experience with Middleware services i.e. IBM WebSphere
• Experience with DataPower XML Gateway
• Experience with messaging services
• Experience with adapters
• Experience with development framework/technologies
• Experience in middleware software installation, configuration, tuning and administration
• Experience with application development life cycle
• Experience with change management and release management as processes supporting the implementation of large applications
• Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications
• Experience producing design artefacts, code, configurations, scripts, and test cases
• Ability to analyze the results from functional, security, load-and -stress testing and resolve reported issues
• Ability to analyze and solve data integrity, security, configuration and recovery issues
• Experience with middleware and gateways
• Experience on application monitoring and support
• A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
Desirable Skills:
• Experience implementing and supporting IBM API Connect.
• Experience implementing and supporting XML / XSLT technologies and non-XML artifacts such as certificates and key files.
• Experience implementing and supporting custom DataPower frameworks.
• Experience configuring and monitoring system logging and audit repositories such as Amazon Opensearch Service.
• Extensive knowledge of DataPower Security Protocols and authentication services
• Experience configuring and deploying DataPower patterns and services, including multi-protocol gateway, web service proxy, and XML firewall.
• Knowledge of GO- PKI Security Infrastructure
• Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
• Experience conducting system monitoring and performance and data integrity in accordance with ITIL standards
• Experience with Oracle Solaris, RedHat Linux and UNIX operations
