IT Infrastructure and Security Analyst
Brooklyn, NY
Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.
Please note this role is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office with Remote Wednesdays.

- Oversee user account provisioning and permission management for both internal and external systems, including Okta, Phoenix, Ziperase, and more.
- Support onboarding and offboarding by managing user accounts and permissions.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with policies.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets or escalate as needed.
Facility Security Collaboration
- Work closely with Revivn’s Asset Protection Manager to configure physical security hardware, identify risks, monitor systems and remediate issues.
- Connect security tools like Samsara, OpenPath, physical cameras, etc to proprietary servers and configure integrations, secure backups, and ensure 100% uptime.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering and Product teams to provide security insights and help productize offerings for our partners, such as pallet tracking and other initiatives.
