Our cloud-based financial close and account reconciliation software enables F&A professionals to deliver a more streamlined and accurate financial close.Security Analyst II professionals play a key leadership role in securing Trintech's SaaS platforms, infrastructure, and data. In addition to the responsibilities of Security Analysts, they are responsible for mentoring team members, driving compliance initiatives, leading audit readiness, and acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external security engagements. They work closely across all areas of the Cloud Operations Group to ensure Trintech maintains security excellence within industry-standard frameworks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to Security Analysts.
- Act as a primary contact for the Security Audit & Compliance team.
- Liaise with internal teams to understand their compliance requirements and ensure alignment with security policies.
- Define and maintain processes to record metrics and data for internal and external audits.
- Work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external auditors to support audit readiness and successful outcomes.
- Ensure the Trintech Cloud area operates within industry-recognized frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures to protect information systems and data.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest security intelligence, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with management to enhance organization-wide cybersecurity policies and awareness.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline - Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred experience with:
- Prior experience in a role where information security is paramount
- Proven ability to lead and mentor security professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO/EIC 27001, SOC 1/2 etc.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment.
