Associate Platform Specialist

As an Associate Platform Specialist at ZeroFox, you will be an integral member of the Public Sector Services team, dedicated to safeguarding our customers from digital threats. In this role, you will utilize our cutting-edge platform to conduct comprehensive analyses of cyber risks and support the Public Sector team in maintaining the safety and security of our clients. Your responsibilities will include researching potential risks, managing alerts, and ensuring the timely identification of issues that could impact our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze social media platforms for risks related to our customers.
• Identify and document impersonations of ZeroFox customers' Executives and Brands across major social media networks.
• Validate reported impersonations with existing alerts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Produce precise alerts within the ZeroFox platform in accordance with customer specifications.
• Triage and categorize alerts using established workflows to facilitate effective response.
• Utilize a comprehensive terms list to evaluate findings and identify significant trends.
• Communicate new trends and behavioral patterns to internal stakeholders effectively.
• Conduct extensive research on customer Executives and Brands to better understand their digital security needs.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, cybersecurity, or a related area
• Must be US-based in compliance with customer contract stipulations
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively in simple terms
• Remote work capability with preference for US-based employees
• Experience within DOD or Federal Civilian sectors is a plus
• Familiarity with major social networks and awareness of emerging platforms
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and capacity for teamwork
• Previous experience with SaaS, cybersecurity, or social media products is advantageous
• Background in Customer Success or similar roles is preferred
• Strong analytical abilities for interpreting data and trends
