We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to assist in managing and securing the systems that control access to our organization’s information and resources. The role, working with our internal IAM SME's and 3rd party providers, ensures that users have the appropriate access to systems, applications, and data to carry out their daily activities whilst maintaining a secure environment.

What You'll Love

        1.        User Account Management:

        •        Create, modify, and disable user accounts in various systems and applications and monitor automated creation processes and integrations.

        •        Implement and enforce password policies and authentication methods (e.g., multi-factor authentication).

        •        Maintain accurate and up-to-date user access records.

        2.        Access Control:

        •        Grant, modify, or revoke user access based on defined access control policies and roles.

        •        Regularly review user access permissions to ensure they align with business needs and security policies.

        •        Conduct periodic audits of user accounts and access rights to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

        3.        Security and Compliance:

        •        Collaborate with security teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.

        •        Assist in preparing for audits, ensuring IAM processes are followed.

        4.        Troubleshooting and Support:

        •        Provide support to end-users regarding access issues, such as login problems, permission requests, and account lockouts.

        •        Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related technical issues or escalate them to higher-level support when necessary.

        •        Work collaboratively with Technology teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing and new systems.

        5.        Policy and Procedure Development:

        •        Assist in the development and implementation of IAM policies, procedures, and best practices.

        •        Continuously improve IAM workflows and access governance processes.

        6.        Reporting and Documentation:

        •        Prepare and deliver regular reports on user access, security incidents, and compliance status.

        •        Document IAM processes, procedures, and workflows for internal training and future reference.

What You'll Need

        •        Technical Skills: Familiarity with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint ISC, NERM, Microsoft Entra, AADDS, AADB2C), authentication technologies, and role-based access control (RBAC).

        •        Security Knowledge: Understanding of IT security principles, data protection regulations, and best practices for managing sensitive information.

        •        Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve access-related issues efficiently.

        •        Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical teams and non-technical users.

Education and Experience:

        •        Experience: Previous experience in an IAM or Cyber Security role is beneficial.

Certifications (optional but beneficial):

        •        Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

        •        CompTIA Security+ or similar Cyber Security certifications
