Information Security Architect

The Information Security Architect (ISA) ensures that threats and the resulting IT security requirements are identified when creating digital services.
Ensure and support in identifying the appropriate measures that the IT solutions as well as organization is secure against threats.
You integrate IT security standards in the IT solutions and digital services IT Buses at Garcia Plant, shapes the mobility of the future. Ensuring information security in our IT systems, our services and our IT infrastructure has become a critical success factor for our company.

We are looking for: IT Buses Chassis Information Security Architect.

In this position, you will be in charge of:

Consulting, design and development of IT Security Solutions:

- Responsible for technical consulting of projects and existing systems regarding confidentiality, integrity, availability of assets, information, data and IT services within the organization.

Consult on IT Cloud Assessment:

- Help to reach maturity of a cloud project in order to conduct D@C for new projects.

- Review the Information Classification of the system and security measurements.

- Check if the proposed / existing Cloud solution/resources cover the necessary protection requirements of the data being processed/stored.

Perform Threat Modeling & Create/Update the Security Profile:

- Decomposes the application or system's architecture and documents the results using architectural diagrams, data workflows, technical documentation, process block diagrams.

- Perform threat modeling of the technical designs with respect to design or implement errors, already known design or implementation shortcomings, fulfillment of security requirements.

Onshore Security Alignment / Other Local Buses Subsidiary IT Security Support:

- Support and further development of the information security management system and security-related processes of Buses Chassis Production at Garcia Plant and align with other production plant facilities in Daimler Buses.

- Ensures correct implementation of Global Security Daimler Standards, Best Practices and Guidelines, determined by Corporate Security or Security Trucks Policies/Practices.

Training: IT System engineering, computer science, business informatics or a comparable course.

Specific knowledge:

• CCSP - Certified Cloud Security Professional.
• TPSSE - TEleTrust Professional for Security Software Engineering.
• CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
• CSSLP- Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional.

Experience: 3 years of experience in security analysis and consulting for IT applications, cloud services and IT infrastructures.

Language: Business fluent in Spanish and English written and verbal.

Working model: Hybrid
