As an OT Specialist Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of protecting our operational technology (OT) assets, ensuring resilience and operational excellence across our international sites.

What you will do:

In this critical role, you'll develop and execute strategies to secure our OT systems against emerging cyber threats. Your expertise will contribute directly to our ability to deliver reliable and safe operations, supporting Tata Steel’s strategic goals of continuous improvement and industry leadership. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to integrate cyber security best practices into our everyday processes.

You’ll be involved in significant projects such as securing automation systems, enhancing system resilience, and leading critical incident response initiatives. Your role is pivotal in maintaining trust and safety across our global operations, directly contributing to Tata Steel's business continuity and risk mitigation objectives.

What you will need: 

We're looking for candidates with a strong background in OT cyber security within manufacturing or industrial environments, ideally with experience implementing industry standards such as ISA/IEC 62443. You should be comfortable managing incident responses, vulnerability assessments, and working collaboratively to embed security frameworks into our operational practices.
