Job Title: Program Manager, Products and Regulation

Job Overview: 

Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Product and Regulatory Compliance, the Program Manager, Products and Regulation will coordinate all new product introduction engagement for the Thales CSP Legal, Compliance and Contracts function. This is a pivotal role, ensuring that all LCC stakeholders are engaged with the fast-paced go to market process that Thales CSP needs to operate at to stay abreast of the latest threat vectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a tight reign on the New Product Initiation process.

  • Act as the primary facilitator for LCC engagement with the NPI process, to ensure that all required LCC input is provided in a timely manner.

  • Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance company-wide awareness of CSP compliance requirements and related regulations.

  • Promote a culture of compliance through ongoing education, ensuring teams understand the implications of the regulatory landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Five to seven years’ experience in program management, ideally in a legal project management environment.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven capability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence change and foster a compliance-oriented culture within the organization.
