As the Site Cybersecurity Expert, you will be the trusted cybersecurity authority at one of our biggest Gillette manufacturing plants in Lodz. Your expertise will be essential in protecting our operations from potential information security incidents and ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

You will lead and represent all aspects of Information Security and Cybersecurity, playing a crucial role in fortifying our defenses against information security threats. Your mission will be to reduce risks and eliminate losses that could hinder a site’s ability to prevent, detect, and respond to information security incidents ultimately ensuring site’s ability to make, pack, ship.

With us you will get the chance to:

  • Proactively lead development, enrollment, and execution of the site cybersecurity action plan (in cooperation with CyberSecurity Leader);

  • Solve cyber-security incident responses in the site and close off security vulnerability in the case of a charge;

  • Reduce malware risk and increase data protection;

  • Supervise and audit internal and external information security and cyber- security policy compliance;

  • Drive plant projects in order to ensure system life cycle management (obsolesce of application, system or hardware);

  • Maintain stewardship and controls in respect to our software/hardware assets and applications;

  • Develop effective security strategies to maintain the continuity of systems and research the best ways to secure company-wide infrastructure;

  • Ensure ongoing system patching enrollment and compliance;

  • Work in partnership with the local Application Managers to ensure minimum application’s compliance criteria are fulfilled;

  • Develop SME-level understanding of current Application Management processes and maintain communication security rules as per business need;

  • Lead site cybersecurity capability building and create a sustainable and visible culture of cybersecurity awareness;

  • Play a crucial role in new technologies' implementation at site (as an active member of IT Change Management Board);

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Information/Cybersecurity as a SOC Analyst, Security Architecture and Engineering, Forensics, Risk Analyst, Developer, System Administrator, or NOC Engineer.

  • Understand fundamental concepts related to: networking, operating systems, applications, firewalls, cyber-security, access control, industrial control systems, and other domains as they become significant.

  • Foundation in IT systems development, integration, and knowledge of how data architecture fits in the overall life cycle and architecture patterns

  • Attention to detail and ability to identify vulnerabilities and overall issues;

  • Critical thinking skills, problem solving proficiency;

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English as many of the educational materials, meetings, policies, and documents will be in English.

  • Proficiency in Polish

Nice to have:

  • Certified in Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional (GICSP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or ability to obtain them within 3 years.

  • Hands-on experience implementing security controls and protecting ICS (prefer Rockwell/Allen Bradley) and SCADA systems
