What you will achieve

As the Corporate IT & Cybersecurity Manager, you’ll protect internal systems, infrastructure, and data while keeping our IT environment secure, resilient, and business-ready. You’ll lead daily corporate cybersecurity and IT operations—from endpoint protection and access control to device management and SaaS governance.

You will:

  • Own strategy and execution for endpoint security, IAM, and secure device lifecycle management.

  • Oversee selection, deployment, and administration of corporate IT tools and SaaS platforms.

  • Implement cybersecurity controls aligned with frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.

  • Lead vulnerability management—scanning, prioritizing, tracking, and reporting across endpoints and internal systems.

  • Ensure team compliance with configuration management processes.

  • Partner with internal teams for secure onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.

  • Serve as escalation point for IT incidents and drive root cause resolution.

  • Ensure timely responses to IT help desk requests while identifying automation opportunities.

  • Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance efforts across corporate systems.

  • Manage and mentor a small team or external partners.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Cybersecurity on broader strategy and initiatives.

About You

You’re a hands-on, detail-driven professional who thrives where IT and cybersecurity meet. You balance security with usability, take ownership, and build scalable systems while solving real-time issues.

You bring:

  • A proactive mindset and a bias toward ownership and problem-solving.

  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

  • A collaborative approach grounded in empathy, clarity, and accountability.

  • Project management skills and the ability to juggle shifting priorities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5–8 years in cybersecurity or IT operations, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Experience managing endpoint security, IAM (e.g., Okta, AWS), and MDM (e.g., Workspace ONE, Intune, Kandji).

  • Strong knowledge of corporate IT systems, including laptops, mobile devices, and SaaS tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack).

  • Familiar with frameworks like SOC 2, NIST, or ISO 27001.

  • Skilled in writing IT policies, incident response plans, and SOPs.

  • Comfort with scripting or automation (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) is a plus.

  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or similar.

  • U.S. Citizen
