ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Security Administrator to join our team in Stafford, VA.  This is a full-time onsite position where you will provide oversight, maintain physical security, and process accesses to sensitive spaces supporting National Defense.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitor physical security and administer secured facility operations, including document and classification management.
• Manage personnel security for program-sponsored individuals and process incoming/outgoing visit notices.
• Escort visitors, maintain logs, assist with access badges, and conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain personnel security files and enforce customer Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide prompt customer service for program security, processing and submitting access requests.
• Support security awareness and education programs, performing additional administrative tasks as directed.
• Track security clearance processing and handle classified mail, faxes, and courier packages.
   

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or a High School Diploma and 9+ years of experience (or equivalent) in the physical security field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the physical security field.
• Past performance in identifying, incorporating, and adhering to DoD and Service-level standards, employment regulations, and/or other relevant security publications, and informing/ instructing personnel on security procedures.
• Knowledge of IC government regulations (e.g. ICD 704) and Government Information Systems related to Security (e.g. DISS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate, communicate, and interaction with Senior Government personnel; including Officer, Enlisted, and Civilian.
• Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Family of Software and Tools such as Office, Visio, SharePoint, Project.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity and experience with supporting SAP/ CAP security requirements
• Current CI Polygraph screening.
   

Clearance Requirements:

• Current and active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility, eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information, and willingness to submit to a CI polygraph.
   

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office appliances, and to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
