Cyber Security Manager

What success looks like in this role:

Cyber Security Manager is the point of contact within BISO office for all tactical and operational activities aligned with the Cyber Security Objectives. Cyber Security Manager works closely with member of BISO Office.

The Manager informs, tracks, communicates, and manages security, risk, and compliance of BU as it relates to the CSO’s overarching program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the security requirements of the BU product and service offerings. The BISO bridges to the CISO and is held accountable for the cybersecurity outcomes within the BU.
• Responsible for the development, adoption, compliance, and governance of the security objectives, focus areas, roadmap, and policies that are aligned to the organization’s overall security objectives within our Business Unit (BU).
• Responsible for the development, adoption, compliance, and governance of the security objectives, focus areas, roadmap, and policies that are aligned to the organization’s overall security objectives within our Business Unit (BU).
• Define SLA/KPI, Monitor and present regular reports to BISO.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the division's cybersecurity safeguards to ensure that they provide the intended level of protection to Unisys and to the customers.
• Lead Interfacing Internal and External audits.
• Ensures ongoing and thorough collection, analysis and reporting on product security metrics.
• Coordinate with SOC for effective Incident Management and present regular updates to BISO

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BE/B tech degree and over 10 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
3-5 years’ leadership experience.
