Lead Systems Operations Engineer

About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Platform Risk Operations Analyst to support critical functions within the CTO’s Platform Risk Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring policy compliance, operational continuity, and risk visibility across multiple ITSO teams and programs, including the Distributed Infrastructure Security Program (DISP).

In this role, you will:

• Ensure Policy Oversight & Compliance
• Monitor and enforce adherence to CTO policies related to system vulnerability remediation.
• Ensure timely and effective remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and execution of BCP plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and testing.
• Program Coordination & Risk Management
• Track workloads, manage demand scheduling, and prioritize tasks across ITSO teams.
• Identify and escalate risks, roadblocks, and dependencies within the DISP program.
• Support the development of mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Serve as a liaison between Platform Risk Operations and other technical and business units.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple operational silos.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and large-scale IT programs.
• Experience with large infrastructure security programs.
• Familiarity with risk tracking tools and project management software (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or PMP are a plus.
