Position: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Remote, USA, Eastern or Central Time Zones preferred
Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to help drive the integrity of our internal data, optimize our CRM experience, and ensure our revenue teams have the tools they need to succeed. This role focuses on providing exceptional day-to-day user support and performing help desk duties to ensure smooth operation of our Salesforce platform. We are growing fast, and we are looking for someone excited to dig into our Salesforce data, drive and implement processes, and provide recommendations. You will be able to work with many facets of the product with a heavy focus on the Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ. This position is integral to Everfox's digital transformation, giving you a fantastic opportunity to make your mark on the company's successful growth journey.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a system administrator for Everfox’s Salesforce environment
- Respond to and resolve user inquiries and issues via help desk tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Triage tickets as they come in to reflect the appropriate system and urgency, and escalate complex bugs or enhancements to more senior members.
- Manage user accounts, including provisioning, deactivating, and updating roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as data imports, de-duplication, and cleanup.
- Collaborate with senior administrators to implement minor customizations, such as creating fields or simple workflows.
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior team members or vendors.
- Participate in the evaluation, scope and implementation of new systems and integrations
- Develop and implement best practices for using Salesforce to support our business processes and ensure data integrity
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluate their impact on our business, and make recommendations for adoption
- Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, training materials, and system diagrams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Admin (ADM201) certified
- Strong understanding of Salesforce user management, security settings, and basic configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users and work in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce data tools (e.g., Data Loader) and reporting features.
- Is a highly motivated self-starter with a collaborative, team, & growth-oriented mindset
- Possess the ability to build effective relationships, listen, communicate, influence, and collaborate cross-team at all organizational levels
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$78,000.00-103,899.00 USDThe actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
